Kuala Lumpur: Malaysian offshore operator Yinson Holdings, fresh from taking over Norway’s Fred Olsen Production, has opened a subsidiary in Singapore called Yinson Production. The subsidiary will be focused on shipmanagement, Yinson said in a release to the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange yesterday.
Yinson’s fleet has jumped in size in the past year – it now has three OSVs, an FSO, four FPSOs and a jack-up rig.
