Kuala Lumpur: Perdana Petroleum has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Perdana Nautika has won a contract from Talisman Malaysia, for the charter of an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel.

The charter is for a period of one year, with an option for a further year, and is effective from 10 December 2013.

The deal is valued at approximately RM50m.

Late last year the company purchased three AHTS vessels that it was operating on bareboat charters for a total of $50m.
