Singapore: KS Energy has announced that its 80% owned subsidiary, KS Drilling has incorporated a company, PT. KS Drilling Indonesia jointly with PT Citra Agramasinti Nusantara with a 49:51 shareholding respectively. The principal activity of the new venture is the provision of support services to the oil and gas industry, including the buying, selling, owning and chartering of rigs and associated equipment.
